1. The Annual General meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st May in the Memorial Hall at 7.00pm – not in the Committee Room as notified in an earlier email.
2. A reminder that tickets are now on sale for our Quiz Night on 4th July at the St Vincent’s Club. See the attached leaflet.
3. The Society is working with the Bedfordshire Archives, who are arranging “In Step with History” walks:
“Join us on one of our archivist-led walking tours this summer! You’ll explore local areas and get to know the history behind some of the interesting people, buildings, locations and events through our archives. With the focus on the theme of ‘place’ we will be using the archives to bring history to life and highlight the collections we have on the places we explore.
Walks are free to attend but MUST be booked in advance.
